Executive Summary


            Every reputable organization recognizes the imperative need for a meticulously
            crafted communication strategy, serving as the linchpin for the seamless
            dissemination of precise and consistent information to all stakeholders. This plan
            has been curated to achieve the paramount objectives of bolstering awareness,
            expanding reach, and fostering increased engagement and participation among
            partners and the organization itself, with a particular focus on the systems and
            structures that support all children and youth (especially girls) to learn, achieve
            and thrive. This strategic blueprint has been meticulously designed to encompass
            the evolving information requirements of individuals and their dynamic patterns in
            information  consumption.  The  formulation  of  this Communication  and
            Engagement Strategy is a direct response to the communication challenges and
            opportunities encountered by JM Education and Research Centre (hereinafter
            referred to as JMERC) in the execution of its mandate, as well as the strategic
            objectives and priorities outlined in the Strategic Plan 2023-2027. This
            communication strategy for JMERC is the culmination of an extensive needs
            assessment, recognizing the pivotal role JMERC plays in enhancing and fortifying
            the educational landscape on a national scale. Herein, is the internal
            communication strategy, external communication, Digital and website strategy to
            guide all organizational communication.
