JMERC is adequately resourced, sustainably funded, and
Goal 4 well-governed to effectively promote the right to quality
and equitable education in Uganda.

Objectives:

1. JMERC staff has the capacity to fulfil the organisation’s
mission.
2. JMERC accesses and utilises sustainable funding.
3. JMERC’s management and governance are well aligned
to its vision and mission.

JMERC is well positioned to effectively empower
Goal 5 girls/youth using a school-wide ecosystem model

Objectives:
1. JMERC’s school-wide ecosystem model is tested and
adapted by the Ministry of Education.
2. JMERC has established strong partnerships & networks
required to scale its impact.
3. JMERC impacts 1 million youth of whom 70% are female.
