While the recent recruitment of a Communications Officer marks a positive step
forward, efforts to establish effective communication tools and mechanisms are
             still underway.

The eight-member staff team convenes weekly for comprehensive review
meetings. These sessions serve as a platform to address actionable items,
discuss potential challenges, and pose inquiries concerning ongoing projects.
The meetings foster an environment of open communication, where staff
members provide updates, share announcements, seek feedback, and
exchange information. Notably, these meetings are well-attended, and detailed
minutes are diligently recorded for future reference.

The blend of predominant challenges outlined below underscores the necessity
for the implementation of this Communication Strategy, aiming to effectively
             address the following issues:

Irregular and inconsistent communication: The absence of a
well-defined communication structure has led to gaps in coherent
and effective communication. Stakeholders are engaged on an ad
hoc basis rather than following a standardized calendar of
                          interactions.

Inconsistent social media engagement and irregular updates on the
                          website.

Absence of clear approval processes and timelines for
                          communication initiatives.

Lack of a comprehensive brand guideline and manual to streamline
                          communication efforts.
