1.2.5! Stakeholder Map
Stakeholders have been plotted against two variables; that is, their interest and
influence. The resulting stakeholder map below clearly identifies key players who
can have the greatest impact on the success of JMERC programmes and who,
therefore, should be targeted by this strategy to achieve greater communications
results.
Specifically, the map indicates that the strategy should focus more on engaging
groups 3 and 4 because they contain audience segments with the greatest
interest and influence on the success of JMERC programmes. It is vital that these
stakeholders are engaged regularly to maintain their support.

In addition, extra effort should be made to ensure audience segments in group 3

their continued support.
